Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for all recruitment activities across the studio's various sites, covering both operational and structural aspects. He or she manages recruitment planning and implementation, from the initial launch to the validation of the offer.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key point of contact for potential candidates and maintains communication with them from their onboarding, continuing even after their assignments have ended.

He or she is also responsible for maintaining relationships with schools in the sector and regularly participates in events organized with the studios.

Main missions

• Work with HR, HoDs and producers to identify recruitment needs; 
• Identify and pre-select talents;
• Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, including drafting and posting job offers, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and offering a position or assignment, including salary negotiation;
• Ensure the onboarding of new hires within the team, in collaboration with the HR and operational teams;
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools to guarantee a pool of qualified talent;
• Organize and take part in events and presentations in schools to promote the company's image and attract new candidates;
• Update candidates database using our ATS;
• Communicate about team movements and maintain contact with employees even after their assignment has ended;
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to recruitment and retention, bringing your expertise and contributing to the development of new initiatives;
• Prepare and present monthly reports to the HR Director on recruitment-related KPIs (including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and quality of hire). Analyze the data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize recruitment processes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the post-production and VFX sector;
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with different teams;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
• Fluent french speaker and good level of English (minimum C1);
• You are enthusiastic, passionate about your job and action-oriented.

Work arrangement: Hybrid work / Full-time and part-time options are available.
