Job Description

At the project level, the Production Coordinator is responsible for the daily follow-up of the show and for updating tasks in ShotGrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize dailies and other meetings to facilitate communication between supervisors and artists;

• Check in regularly with artists to remind them of their objectives and report information to the Line Producer or VFX Producer;

• Update tasks in ShotGrid according to the progress of the artists’ work;

• Alert the Line Producer to any scheduling conflicts or delays in tasks;

• Report any information from daily meetings or the production floor that could impact delivery deadlines;

• Prepare deliverables and ensure smooth client deliveries with the support of a Production Assistant.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in ShotGrid, Excel, and Google Sheets;

• Previous experience in the VFX industry required;

• Fluent written and spoken English;

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;

• Attention to detail and rigor.
