Job Description

Responsible for managing external communication with clients and internal communication with technical teams, the finance department, and management, the VFX Producer is also responsible for developing a strategy that enables the successful delivery of a project's visual effects while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the project's needs and allocate resources accordingly;

• Work closely with the VFX Supervisor to find solutions that maximize image quality while respecting budget constraints;

• Prepare cost estimates for the work requested by the client in collaboration with the VFX Supervisor;

• Anticipate client requirements and identify potential risks;

• Stay informed of any issues within the team that could jeopardize project delivery;

• Ensure the project is properly organized and tracked in ShotGrid;

• Negotiate financial aspects and deadlines with clients and external vendors.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of visual effects production workflows;

• Proficiency in ShotGrid;

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;

• Fluent in english both spoken and written;

• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities;

• Positive attitude.
